BioData Mining | Full text | Mining the diseasome

Disease databases are badly needed that will allow concentrate on data without having to look in 10 different places for reference information. Many very good databases exist, often topic-related but rarely providing all the data one needs to cross-check with his own results. We will eventually wish to use 'diseasome' like we have been using PPI data and cluster genes by their disease association to discover patterns and links.

This nice short paper presents the scene.
